And how do you do that? Well, every emotion has a ‘recipe’.

What you must do

You have to talk to yourself in a quiet, slow and timid voice. You have to reinforce negative things.You have to see things not working out. Or see fuzzy images and you have to hold your body in a bit of a slumped over manner.

And in just the same way, to feel confident, proud, assertive and powerful you have to do certain things.

You have to talk to yourself in a loud, clear confident manner. Reinforce the positive. You have to see yourself experiencing positive results in a crisp, bright, clear and big way.You have to carry your body in an upright assertive manner.

Can you see now how emotions aren’t just emotions, but they’re something we experiencing in our bodies?

Well when you begin to understand what creates a specific emotion you can then start to recreate your desired emotion when necessary.

Just like when baking a cake, all you have to do is follow the recipe correctly and then you’ll get the desired output. Of course to do this you need the correct recipe and it helps to have a little practice too.

Start doing this today

So here’s your homework. Figure out what your recipe is for feeling confident and empowered.

Everyone has one. Just think back to a time in your life when you felt really confident. Ask yourself what you did in your body in order to experience that. What did you say to yourself? How did you say it? What did you see and what did you do with your body physically?

And if you can’t think of anything then just ask what if I could think of a time when I felt confident.

Complete this exercise and then when you’re next in a situation where you normally get anxious or fearful. Trigger confidence in yourself by acting out your recipe.

Try this in the bedroom and you’ll be amazed at the whole new person you become. As a result, you will be able to last longer in bed without pills and be amazed at how much harder you’re able to get and stay.
