Previously I wrote about physiological states and how it impacts a guy’s ability to last long in bed. Here I want to show you similarly how to stay hard using this concept.
It can be used to help you get and stay hard throughout sex.
Plus how you can give yourself the ability to literally “turn on” hardness when and where you want it.
I’m going to be sharing a different mechanism for influencing your physiological state.I have previously wrote about how breathing can be used to influence your state.
This is an important skill to have and if you didn’t read that newsletter you should do so.
How to stay hard with mind control
Today I’m going to be discussing how to use your mind to influence your ability to get hard.
Because, of course, your mind and your physiology are intimately linked.
Without the mind the body dies and vice versa.
This is an extreme, but they influence each other on every possible level.
For example, research found that speed of patient recovery increases when they watch comedy tv shows and movies all day. The laughter produced such a positive and healing effect on the body.
Now I’m not going to go too “new age” on you here, but I say that to illustrate an important point of the mind body link.
And here’s how this all relates.
This is why there are so many guys out there who have no problem getting hard while masturbating or while watching porn alone, but as soon as they’re with a partner their unable to get or stay as hard as they can when they’re alone.
The only possible reason for this to happen is that something goes on in the guys head that causes him to fail to get hard.
The different environment triggers a different emotional response within the guy which in turn impacts his physiology.
Therefore if you want to be able to get and stay hard you need to learn to be able to manage how you respond to external situations, the thoughts going through your head and your physiological response.
If you don’t do this, it’ll be much harder for you to maintain control over staying hard.
Staying hard with response control
OK, so how to stay hard by controlling your response?
Well, like I shared earlier this week, one way is to control your breathing.
Because your breathing is linked to physiology and therefore your mind, it’s a powerful tool to have in your arsenal.
What I also recommend is to consciously change your focus.
Although external environments do obviously influence us, what we do have is the power to choose how they influence us.
Most guys don’t appreciate this power and most guys just assume that they’re helpless and however they feel is just what happens.
This isn’t the case.
Truthfully you have ultimate control within your mind.
No matter what happens in the outside world what you ultimately get to choose is the meaning you apply to that external event.
Sex with beautiful women
For example, making love to a beautiful woman could make you nervous. You feel like you’re going to be judged and need to impress her.
Being in bed with a beautiful woman could mean you needing to focus even more on doing whatever you can to give her sexual satisfaction. You want sex to be a great experience for her. A state of mind ultimately resulting in confidence.
Now when you look at those two scenarios the external environment is ultimately the same – being in bed with a beautiful woman – but how you interpret that event in your head can be completely varied.
And do you think how you interpret that event will affect your ability to get hard?
Of course it will.
Therefore if you want to be able to get and stay hard you need to discover the tricks. Use the techniques necessary for guiding your mind.
They’re not difficult to implement. But you won’t learn them in school. Most people don’t even know exist.
Being able to get and stay hard really doesn’t require a special blue pill.
With the right physical and psychological techniques virtually any guy can learn how to stay hard. You can reclaim your ability to get hard on command naturally.
