One simple tip to help you last longer in bed naturally

“Does masturbating reduce how long I last?”

And the answer I give is always the same – It can reduce how long you last if you do it the wrong way…

But if you do it the right way it can actually be used as a tool and method to help you last longer in bed naturally. Let me explain what I mean…

Masturbation is like training for sex. It’s like conditioning. Obviously they’re not exactly the same, but your body sees and experiences them in very similar ways.

What this means is that if you normally masturbate very quickly and orgasm within a minute or two, it would be unrealistic to then expect your body to last for 30 minutes or more when you actually had sex.


Because by masturbating so quickly you condition yourself to orgasm quickly during sex.

Therefore if you want to last long in bed you need to do the exact opposite.

Now this is normally pretty difficult for guys when starting out and it’s something that’s totally counter-intuitive.

But what you need to do is take your time when masturbating. You have to see it as training and conditioning for your body.

Therefore if you want to last longer in bed naturally you should masturbate for as long as you want to be able to last in bed.

This will probably feel weird to you when you start doing it for the first time, but it’s an important skill to learn if you want to last longer during sex.

So, if while masturbating you find yourself close to orgasm earlier than you’d like to then just stop and take a break and then continue.

Now you may not want to do the same during sex, in other words you may not wish to stop all stimulation part of the way through sex because that could upset the flow for your lover, however, it’s perfectly fine to do this while masturbating.

And what you’ll find is that as you do this more you’ll soon be able to last longer in be naturally without having to take a break.

And this ability will quickly transfer to your ability to last longer during sex as well.
