How to Get and Stay Erect

stay erectIf right now you’re struggling to get and stay erect in bed as you’d like to I want to reveal what could be holding you back.

This is something you may not want to hear. But I’m going to say it anyway.

If you want to get and stay hard in bed you need to improve your physical health and fitness.

Here’s why:

As you probably know, as you gain fat some of that fat ends up in your blood vessels.

For some people this is why they end up having to get heart surgeries.

Because the build up of fat restricts the blood flow to such an extreme that your penis can’t function and complete its job properly.

Well, what few guys realize is that since fat builds up in many of your blood vessels it also ends up affecting blood flow to your penis.

This means 2 things…

  1. It can actually reduce your overall penis size
  2. It can reduce the size and quality of your ability to get and stay erect

That’s some bad news, right?

So what am I going to tell you that you probably don’t want to hear?

You need to start exercising more and eating better.

I know it sucks to hear that.

But one of my goals in helping you through this blog is to tell you the truth.

Not just what you want to hear, but what you need to hear.

And sometimes these are very different things.

Now, yes I can and do have several techniques you can use to get and stay hard despite being overweight and I’ll tell you about those in a second.

But I also want you realize that if you want to maximize your ability to get hard and stay erect in bed, then prioritizing health and fitness is important.

I’m not going to stand on a soap-box here, and my rant is almost over, but I felt like it needed to be said.

And I’m not saying it in a derogatory way, all I’m being is friendly coach helping point you in the right direction.

Because when you do start enjoying keeping fit and eating healthy it affects every part of your sex life. Being fit allows you to:

  • look better.
  • have sex better.
  • be more attractive.
  • have more energy.
  • feel more confident.
  • stay erect in bed
  • last longer in bed.

You can get and stay much harder than if you’re in worse physical condition.

Now like I mentioned earlier there are also specific physical techniques you can use to short-cut this whole process.
